Sara helped me find the home I was looking for. I wanted a 3bed, 2 bath single family home with a detached 2 car garage in a nice neighborhood and thats exactly what I got.
I had been looking for a about 11 months and was about to take a break. I saw so many flipped homes with the same materials I swore it was the same contractor doing the same work.
Sara was so helpful in finding out what I wanted. I never felt pressure from her to submit an offer or move forward on a house I was on the fence with. She would always advise me whether a house was worth pursuing or not. And she would often advise me not to make an offer even it fit some of the criteria i wanted. It was always about what I wanted.
When it came time to make the offer, she understood the market enough to know what price we needed to go with to make it a strong offer but not offer too much.
Once my offer was accepted, she explained the whole process every step of the way and even handled some things while i was out of the country during escrow.

My husband and I have known Sarah for over a few years now through mutual friends. So when we decided we were finally ready for our first home purchase, we knew she was the one to call.
When it was time to start viewing properties she never once hesitated the 40 mi drive, but she even picked me up. Sarah is very knowledgeable, communicative, professional and actually LOVES what she does. She always responded promptly to texts/emails and never were we left with any unanswered questions.
There were a couple bumps in the road in regards to the sellers and we ended up being in escrow longer than expected, but stayed positive with Sarah's guidance the entire way through. She helped make the necessary calls, emails and even multiple trips to the property 40 miles away. She basically did whatever she could to help the process run smoother because unfortunately the sellers agent was never much help. She was always one step ahead of the game, and we loved that about her.

Sarah went above and beyond for our client! I referred a client so she could move from California to Nevada. She is elderly and Sarah helped her with everything from finding all of her paperwork, working with our lender here, helping her sign all paperwork digitally, etc. She didn't have wifi so Sarah would take her laptop to her home and hot spot so she could see pictures of homes here in Nevada. She never would have been able to sell her home or buy a home here if it weren't for Sarah. I don't know another agent that would do as much as she did. Sarah is what all realtors should strive to be!!!

Sarah is a smart, tenacious real estate agent. We were first-time buyers and Sarah showed us the ropes, guiding us through the various stages from finding prospective homes, to making a fair offer and finally walking us through the escrow process.
